Our Story
A little shop with a big reputation for proper biltong.
"Bietjie" means "a little" — but there's nothing small about the flavour. What began as a family counter in Wonderboom has become one of Pretoria's most-loved biltong shops, built on a single promise: never cut corners.
We still spice by hand, dry the traditional way, and slice to order — so every cut leaves the shop at its peak.
From classic peppered beef to game cuts, fiery chilli bites and generous sharing platters, it's the taste locals keep coming back for — and now the rest of South Africa can too.
